Our most popular hiking holidays are in Liguria and Cinque Terre, and it’s easy to see why. You’re guaranteed seductive views along the coastal hiking trails that offer striking views of lush vineyards, wildflowers and olive groves, while inland offers dense pine and chestnut forests waiting to be discovered.
Choose between travelling 5 days/ 4 nights, 7 days/ 6 nights, or 8 days/ 7 nights. The trip we describe in the programme is our 8 day trip. For more information on the other variants, look under the accommodation tab.
The 8 day trip starts with a hike to the unique church of San Fruttuoso and the jet-set coastal town of Portofino. Next, you’ll take a train to the picturesque villages of Bonassola and Monterosso, and enter the magical Cinque Terre. Here you’ll find five unique fishing villages strung like a string of pearls along a jagged, high coastline, which runs all the way to the colourful village of Portovenere, which is the last village you’ll stay in on this sweet hiking week.
