Welcome to Brittany and the Gulf of Morbihan!
From Vannes, set off on a cycle loop to explore the Gulf of Morbihan. For seven days, you’ll make your way around using your legs and ferries that smoothly connect islands and peninsulas.
Known for its beautiful coastal landscapes and mild climate, the Gulf of Morbihan is the perfect destination for a relaxing yet active holiday. Here you can experience the geographical, historical and ornithological riches of the area, from both land and sea.
Along the way, you’ll also discover Morbihan’s rich cultural heritage. One of the highlights of the trip is the passage through the Carnac stone walls – impressive evidence that humans have been caring for this landscape for thousands of years. Another must-see is the harbour of Saint Goustan, beautifully nestled in the Auray river valley. With its cobbled streets and half-timbered houses, the harbour has preserved its historic charm.
Morbihan’s gastronomy is a highlight in itself, especially for seafood lovers. Your gourmet stops will fill your plates with freshly caught delicacies from the sea. Of course, don’t miss the traditional Breton crêpes and galettes – a real treat.
