Hiking on beautiful Elba
Everything went according to plan with travel and transfers. We flew from Gothenburg to Pisa and had to stay there one night to catch the train and later the ferry to Elba. Our accommodations were simple but nice, and above all, both hotels had very good breakfasts, which is essential when hiking. The hikes are incredibly beautiful, and Elba is very hilly, so it’s either uphill or downhill all the time. The difficulty is listed as 2, but for those 60+ and in reasonably good shape, 3 is probably closer to the truth. //Ingvar & Heléne
